Education, Faculty, Students Attend Educational Historians Meeting

Faculty and eight graduate students from the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture attended the Organization of Educational Historians meeting in Chicago. Presenting faculty included Lynn Burlbaw, associate professor of culture, curriculum and instruction, and Larry Kelly, clinical associate professor and director of secondary graduate certification. Presentations given ranged from historic kindergarten theory and women superintendents to ethnic groups’ school attendance and the impact of the Cold War and multiculturalism on education.
